The episode starts with Anuj hearing someone calling out for Anu. He gets flashes of moments with Anupama and himself. Suddenly, he wakes up, calling her name. The sadhus around him ask what happened. Anuj tries to leave, shouting Anupama. He falls and holds the temple bell, making it ring.
In frustration, he takes off his Kanha locket and throws it. The locket lands at Kanha ji’s idol’s feet. Anupama senses something and holds her Radha locket tightly. Anuj approaches the Kanha ji idol, retrieves his locket, and sits down, feeling scared.
Meanwhile, Indra helps Bala choose a shirt. She tells him she will check on the others since Anupama is not at home. Bala starts dancing happily when she leaves. Babu ji joins him and dances too. He misses Baa and hopes to see her soon. Bala suggests praying in the temple. Babu ji agrees and says he will pray for Anupama first, hoping she hears news about Anuj and Aadhya.
At home, Baa instructs the servant to press the kids’ uniforms and calls everyone. The kids come in, and Baa tells them to study or she will play the sitar near their ears. Ansh teases Baa, saying she can’t catch them. Baa smiles and calls for everyone. Titu asks if anything else needs to be brought. Baa says no. Pakhi complains about going to the temple because she has a friend’s birthday party in the evening.
Baa insists Pakhi go to the temple and offer a peacock feather to gain some understanding. Dimpy laughs at this. Pakhi and Dimpy argue, telling each other to shut up. Vanraj intervenes, telling them to stop and asks Baa to control her tongue. He tells the tuition teacher to leave the students early so they can go to the temple.
Mahi feels sad and says she hasn’t talked to her mother in two days. The kids hug Mahi, and Ishu says she will pray for Kavya Nani’s work to shift here. Vanraj thinks Kavya doesn’t care for Mahi. The family discusses their plans after the temple visit. Pari says Dadi, Babu ji, and others will come to the temple too.
Babu ji and Bala argue over who will hold the baby. Babu ji wins and takes the baby. Indra signals to Bala that he looks good. Anupama reaches the temple and is about to see Anuj. She gives bhog to Pandit ji, who tells her it seems she is waiting for someone and assures her that her search will be complete. Indra mentions Anupama must be waiting for them. As they prepare to leave, Babu ji gets a call from a friend inviting him to his son’s marriage in Rajkot and a friends’ union. Bala wants to join but Babu ji says someone needs to stay and take care of things. Bala agrees to stay.
Everyone tells Babu ji not to eat sweets. Indra remarks that he is lucky to have such a friend. Babu ji advises Bala to confess his feelings to Indra, but Bala feels too young.
Vanraj asks Baa to come with Titu in the car, but Baa insists on walking. Vanraj questions why she wants to strain herself. Baa walks out holding the baby, and the kids run to her. Baa feels sad, thinking Vanraj is taking care of someone else’s child while his own grandchildren yearn for his attention. Vanraj, Toshu, and Titu greet Babu ji and take his blessings.
Pari and others ask Sagar to take them in his auto. Sagar asks for Vanraj’s permission. Toshu mocks Sagar for being poor. Sagar points out the kids want to ride in his auto. Toshu says Anu Madam is not here to protect Sagar. Sagar says it’s good. The kids ask Vanraj if they can ride in the auto. Vanraj refuses. He tells Babu ji to go with Baa in the car for the baby’s safety. Babu ji insists on going in the auto.
Anupama prays to God with tears in her eyes. She sees a boy playing the flute and watches him. She sees the sadhus and asks about the flute player. The sadhus point to a spot, saying he was there. Anupama looks and sees Anuj. The temple bell rings as she approaches him.
Precap: Anupama does aarti with others. Nandita slips on water, and Asha falls. Anupama runs to catch the baby. Anuj catches Asha. Anupama sees Anuj’s face and calls out his name.
