Operation Valentine is a 2024 Indian action thriller film based on the 2019 Pulwama terrorist attack and the Indian Air Force’s retaliatory Balakot air strikes, directed by Shakti Pratap Singh Hada in his directorial debut, and produced by Sony Pictures and Sandeep Mudda, with co-production from God Bless Entertainment and Nandkumar Abbineni.
It was filmed concurrently in Telugu and Hindi. It stars Varun Tej, Manushi Chhillar (The Great Indian Family – 2023), Navdeep, and Mir Sarwar in key parts. It marks Tej’s Hindi film debut and Chhillar’s Telugu film debut. The film opened in theaters worldwide on March 1, 2024, to mixed reviews from reviewers and audiences.
